Helen Shannon

Helen’s background is in Special Education where she worked for 20 years in a primary school. Helen started working with Forus Training in May 2017 and took on the role as Academic Manager in August 2020. As part of Helen’s role she works closely with trainers, office and development staff.  Helen is also Head of Complaints for Forus Training.  Helen investigates customer and staff complaints in conjunction with the relevant departments using root cause analysis and develops corrective and preventive actions to improve the operation.  Helen’s interests include travelling, reading, photography and the theatre.
