I found it great when we had to meet weekly to discuss work with other class members and any questions that were asked were explained in detail by trainers. The online classes were really helpful for getting extra information.

I would preferred the tutorial sessions be longer and slide shows be incorporated. as it is acommunication course with vast amount of communication cut out and to me that took away from the course.trainer John was nice and replied as promptly as could be expected by emailing to learners, however i beleived i would enjoy more if the course had beed delivered in classes where i could received real time answers and advice. the feedback given on my CV was very useful for me.
