Jane’s Story
Today, one of our trainers, Nancy, is sharing a story with us about a past learner and their positive experience with Forus Training.
Leaving school at a young age due to personal circumstances, Jane never received the opportunity to complete her education.
Going forward as an adult, she felt this may reflect negatively on her and she would not be successful as a result. Jane wanted to return to education, and she chose Forus Training to assist her on this journey.
During her time studying with Forus Training, she blossomed. Her willingness to complete her modules with enthusiasm was fantastic to witness. During our conventions, she explained how much she enjoyed returning back to education as an adult, especially since this learning experience was not one sided. She was able to bring her real life experience while learning new skills. With each module she became more determined and confident. Jane expressed that she gained so much from her experience at Forus Training. From this educational experience, she now understood that she is unique, has gained confidence, and feels complete.
Jane completed her full award in Healthcare and is currently working as a Team Leader, advising and leading her team.
