Alison began working with Forus in September 2021. She is a programme development support worker. Her role includes developing and editing content for a variety of courses, liaising with trainers and other content administrators to produce QQI standard material for learners.
Alison has a background in administration and has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management Systems, which helps her develop content for many business orientated courses. With previous experience in customer service and manufacturing, Alison is aware of diversity and understands that each learner may have a different need or want, and uses this to specifically develop content to suit a wide scale of learners.
